All personal training packages include a complete fitness evaluation and assessment interview that reviews your health and fitness experience, your risk factors, basic measurements, posture and alignment evaluation, to provide baseline data on your current level of fitness. Then we learn more. Your particular lifestyle, fitness and health goals, and what motivates you to exercise. All are important components we integrate into a truly individualized and holistic program that will not only be effective but that you’ll enjoy.

Joyce is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a Degree in Exercise and Sports Science, concentrating in Strength and Conditioning. A former two-sport college athlete, Joyce is passionate about fitness, longevity, and helping clients build sustainable habits to achieve their goals and thrive for life.

A lifelong basketball player, she is passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. Chastin specializes in creating personalized workout plans that focus on improving overall health, performance, and nutrition, empowering clients to reach their full potential.
