Freeze & Cancellation REQUESTS
Need to Freeze or Cancel Your Membership?
We understand that circumstances change, and we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
Before you decide to cancel, we’d love the opportunity to keep you as part of our fitness community. Did you know we offer flexible membership freeze options? Whether you're traveling, recovering from an injury, or just need a short break, freezing your membership might be the perfect alternative — and it can be requested through the same process as cancellation.
We hope you’ll consider freezing before making a final decision to cancel. We’re always here to support your fitness journey, no matter where life takes you. Please review our freeze and cancellation policies and submit your request below.
FREEZE POLICY
- ONE FREEZE can be instituted ANNUALLY [within a 12 month period] AFTER COMMITMENT PERIOD
- MAXIMUM Freeze time: SIX CONSECUTIVE MONTHS
- COST: $10 PER MONTH (billed on membership billing date)
- Only applies to Regular Month-To-Month memberships (Not Specials).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing through the official form (below)
- 30 days’ written notice is required for all month-to-month memberships
- Any invoices due within 30 days of the request date will be charged in full
- Membership will remain active until the end of that final billing period
- Cancellation Fee:
- A $149 early cancellation fee applies if you are still within your commitment period
- Commitment Period Details:
- Pay-in-Full (PIF) memberships are considered under commitment for the entire length of the membership
- Month-to-Month memberships are considered under commitment until the Obligation Date listed in your contract (varies by membership type)
- Minimum Membership Term:
- Month-to-Month memberships have a 60-day minimum term
- Regular/Senior Monthly: typically the prorated first month + 2 full months at regular rate
- Student Monthly: 2 full months at regular rate
